Shipping policy

1. Confirm Your Delivery Address 
Double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment/unit numbers and any relevant building access codes. Missing details may result in delivery delays or errors. 

2. Secure Delivery Location 
Ensure your address provides a safe location for package drop-off. ButterflyEffect Hair Company is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once delivered.

3. Shipping Schedule 
- We ship orders Monday morning-Thursday morning
- Orders placed after 3 PM (business day)Processing takes 1-5 business days and shipping takes 8-10 business days.                                                                                             -Orders placed on weekends (including Friday) will be shipped the next business day (Monday). Processing takes 1-5 business days and shipping takes 8-10 business days. *Our 613 products do take longer to ship due to keeping the integrity of the hair while it is processed to the shade 613 and our customers deserving the best quality hair.

4. "Delivered" Status & Refund Policy 
Per our Refund Policy, we cannot issue refunds or reship orders marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery inquiries.
